Well Done Paul & the team!! just a line of thanks for a great evening last night & SPIKE didn't disappoint us!! what a cracking band. Blakey has a knack of turning out these "Unknown" gems over the years & i thought Spike was a belter of a band.(Just where do you get the bands of this caliber?)As Normal another great night at the ridge!..Keep up the good work..regards.. Glad you all enjoyed the gig!! it's my first time playing their after years of drinking there!! Anyway i must praise the blakey personnel (Paul & co) for making it a truly enjoyable night... first class organisation may i add... & thanks to julie as well ( she knows who we mean!! she's Spikes black dalek) Right on the subject of us coming from the boro... Myself (mac) i'm originally from "Over the border" then to a little inner city fishing village in Middlesbrough called Pallister Park! whey hey!! Mr steve conway is originally from saltburn by the sea but has now earned his spurs as a boro resident since way back when... Gary cain is from eston (Under Enron) a true boro lad... Chris (Duck) Hogan is from Easington but now resides in Redcar (or Redca') as we say! Sir Bob Garrington is from sunny Seaton carew !! i hope this clears a few things up.Thanks on behalf of the spikey people for a great night... Support the Blakey gigs because they are one heck of a venue!!..Cheers Mac
